The day of your accident feels like the worst day of your life.  You could experience a range of emotions: confusion, sadness, disbelief, and anger.  But the most important thing to remember is to stay calm, document the event and stay professional.  Most of all, whatever the situation, don’t panic.

Too often the details of your accident fade with time.  Record and document important details for the future.  Journal it, while it is fresh in your mind.
